OUR SCHOOL:
A strong commitment to education and development
Under the Rabbi's guidance and blessings, Rabbi Mendel Pevzner and Mr. Henri Moser founded the School Ohalei Menahem 'Habad in 2003. The school is located in a secure environment in the center of Geneva, within easy reach of public transport, and offers a warm, caring and multi-disciplinary environment for students of the Jewish faith from the Geneva region.
Our pedagogy is focused on supporting children, helping them to develop and succeed. We offer excellent academic and religious teaching, with learning methods that will accompany our students throughout their lives. Students are educated with respect and tolerance, “Dere'h Erets Kadma LaTorah”. Caring about others is a core value at our school.
The school welcomes children from primary, secondary I and secondary II levels, supervised by a 50-strong teaching team. Our highly qualified teachers are a guarantee of the quality of our school. Several of them are represented on the Maturité Jury, a testament to our commitment to educational excellence.
Year after year, we BH are fortunate to have a 100% success rate in our final exams. Our students make us proud with their outstanding results.

Collaboration with the Moser School and the Arches School
The Habad school benefits from the collaboration and experience of the Moser school in Nyon and the Arches school in Lausanne. These schools have been successfully preparing their students for the Swiss Maturité exams for several decades. Mr. Henri Moser, who founded the school that bears his name in 1961, has been with the Habad School since its inception, and I have every confidence that your children will be well prepared and ready to take up this challenge. Today, it's his son Alain Moser who has taken on a coaching role. Mr. Moser on a visit to the 'Habad School Mr. Eric Godat, dean and head of the Swiss Maturité exam at the École des Arches, is the Habad School's official Swiss Maturité trainer, with over 24 years' experience of the exam. As such, he is present at the school every week. "After meeting the entire team involved in the project to set up the Maturité Fédérale at the Habad School, I was impressed by the professionalism and commitment of the teachers and management to this project. I'm not worried about the students at the Habad school," he emphasizes, "because I can see that they benefit from a very solid curriculum, with teachers of undeniable competence and exemplary motivation for the success of each student. That's what really makes the difference!
